LifeApps Digital Media is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive measurable audience and customer growth across our digital media, wellness, and app-based portfolio. This mid-level role is suited to someone who combines channel execution with experimentation discipline and strong commercial judgment. You will work across acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives, helping the company improve funnel efficiency, marketing performance, and customer value while collaborating closely with analytics, product, and content teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, and selected partner or referral channels based on business priorities
  • Develop structured experimentation plans for creative, audience, offer, onboarding, and conversion-rate improvements
  • Monitor and report on CAC, ROAS, activation, retention, payback, and channel quality metrics to guide spend and prioritization
  • Partner with analytics to improve attribution clarity, campaign measurement, and decision-making cadence
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to align messaging, offers, and user journeys with audience intent
  • Build and refine lifecycle programs across email and other owned channels to improve engagement and retention
  • Produce clear performance summaries and recommendations for budget shifts, channel tests, and scalable opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing

  • Strong understanding of funnel analysis, attribution basics, experiment design, and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms and comfort working with UTM discipline, dashboards, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of email or lifecycle marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, or similar tools
  • Ability to operate across both strategy and execution without losing rigor on reporting and follow-through
  • Strong copy judgment and experience briefing creative assets, landing pages, or campaign messaging
  • Experience in digital media, consumer apps, subscription businesses, wellness, fitness, or e-commerce is strongly preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive annualized part-time compensation with structured performance review
  • Remote-first schedule with flexibility and high ownership
  • Pro-rated paid time off for eligible part-time employees
  • Learning and experimentation budget
  • Wellness stipend aligned with company sector focus
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and content teams
  • Opportunity to influence acquisition and retention strategy across a multi-brand portfolio
